- Return Eligibility
All sales are final. Returns are accepted only for incorrect material shipment or products not meeting stated specifications or tolerances. Returned material must be in the same condition as when shipped from Resonetics. Returns are not accepted for unused material, excess inventory, or customer ordering errors. Exchanges are not offered. - Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 15 Calendar days of the delivery date. -
Return Authorization
To initiate a return, email Returns@Resonetics.com
All returns must be approved in advance via Return Material Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. -
Return Method
Authorized returns must be sent back by mail. Instructions will be provided once your return request is approved. Return labels will not be provided. -
Costs & Fees
There are no restocking fees for approved returns.
