We understand that our success is not just measured by financial performance but also by the trust and confidence we earn from our customers, employees, and stakeholders. We seek to partner with organizations that conduct their business following the highest ethical standards and have controls in place that prohibit and detect the misuse of company assets, corruption, bribery, improper gifts, extortion, embezzlement, and even the appearance of conflicts of interest.

  • Suppliers’ business dealings should be fair, legal, and honest
  • Suppliers should abide by all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations of the countries in which they operate, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and applicable international anti-corruption conventions
  • Any business courtesies extended to our employees must be infrequent and no more than moderate value
