Financial Reporting Manager

The Financial Reporting Manager is a key member of the Resonetics corporate accounting team and is responsible for driving internal and external financial reporting requirements, monthly consolidation and analysis.


  • Preparation, maintenance and presentation of financial reports to both internal and external audiences
  • Maintain and support the company’s consolidation system and processes.
  • Support the company’s initiative to expand the ERP system and its reporting
  • Development and proactive continuous improvement of periodic management reporting tools, KPIs, etc. for consistency across businesses and for Senior Management consumption
  • Perform analytics to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Company’s financials
  • Support annual budget and forecasting reporting requirements
  • Provide frequent and timely support to various business partners throughout the organization
  • Drive improvements related to financial reporting, streamlining processes to gather information and preparation of internal documentation
  • Documentation of policies and procedures
  • Perform various ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • 7 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 2 years related to financial reporting & analysis
  • Highly proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task between multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Ability to work in a professional environment


  • Hyperion or equivalent experience
  • Public accounting experience a plus
  • CPA preferred
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
