Financial Reporting Manager

DESCRIPTION:
The Financial Reporting Manager is a key member of the Resonetics corporate accounting team and is responsible for driving internal and external financial reporting requirements, monthly consolidation and analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation, maintenance and presentation of financial reports to both internal and external audiences
- Maintain and support the company’s consolidation system and processes.
- Support the company’s initiative to expand the ERP system and its reporting
- Development and proactive continuous improvement of periodic management reporting tools, KPIs, etc. for consistency across businesses and for Senior Management consumption
- Perform analytics to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Company’s financials
- Support annual budget and forecasting reporting requirements
- Provide frequent and timely support to various business partners throughout the organization
- Drive improvements related to financial reporting, streamlining processes to gather information and preparation of internal documentation
- Documentation of policies and procedures
- Perform various ad hoc projects as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 7 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 2 years related to financial reporting & analysis
- Highly proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Team player with the ability to multi-task between multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to work in a professional environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hyperion or equivalent experience
- Public accounting experience a plus
- CPA preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
