Custom Laser Systems

For more than 35 years, Resonetics has designed, manufactured, and serviced custom laser micromachining workstations to solve complex manufacturing challenges in all types of medtech and life sciences products. The laser processing experts in our Lightspeed Lab can help you iterate your design and develop a manufacturing process that can be incorporated into a custom laser workstation that’s optimized to manufacture your component. These specialty-built machines can be operated by our production teams or installed and serviced in your facility. Our experienced mechanical, electrical, software, and optical engineers have worked together for years with a 24/7 in-house service department.

Resonetics’ laser workstation experience is unmatched, with more than 500 systems installed worldwide. Our laser systems handle 2D and 3D components with consistency and reliability, and we integrate various additional laser technologies into these systems as needed. Helping guide every project throughout every step, our experts help choose the optimal parameters, wavelength, and settings to meet your quality, throughput, and cost objectives.
